We meetup with you and do an initial fact find about you. We help you to devise a property wealth action plan by taking into account your investment goals, preferences and financial situation while guiding you to set up the right.

For SMSF investors we help you to ensure the property purchase is supported by your current SMSF investment strategy. If the SMSF trust deed or strategy requires updating, we can assist you. This ensure you are not penalised during your SMSF audit.

I don’t need full coaching. Do you provide advice on a specific matter?

Yes, we are qualified property investment advisors.

If you have a specific matter to discuss we can help. Many of our clients ask us for advice on matters they are not confident on.

For example, strategy selection matters, refinancing matters, SMSF matters, fine tuning/reviewing your portfolio, removing a property from your portfolio, etc. We may work with a licensed financial planner, tax agent and a mortgage broker before helping you.

I know XYZ city is a good to invest. Why would I need you?

P16 uses both fundamental and technical analysis as part of the research process. Suburbs within a city grows at different rates. Using technical analysis, we are able to help you choose suburbs that are likely to provide returns more than the average of the city.

In addition, we help you build a strong foundation for wealth creation by getting your tax and mortgage strategies right. Our expertise in helping you choose the right property and experience in negotiation adds further value to you.

Why are strategy selections the most important factor in wealth creation?

Investment, tax, ownership, lending strategies form foundation of wealth creation. Most Property advisers and Buyer’s Agents only look at investment strategy because they and their team is not equipped with the knowledge and skills in lending, tax, ownership and financial planning.

Can you set up my SMSF?

We work with a licensed financial planner who can provide you advise on the matter. 

What are your fees?

Our all-inclusive fee starts from $8,000 plus GST and we coach you from start to finish, until you have bought a property.

We teach you how to research using data to short list high performing suburbs.

Other coaching helps you to set up your individual financial, tax and mortgage strategies, conduct your own appraisals, negotiate contracts and conduct due-diligence. 

Up to 10 hours of one-on-one coaching is provided for a year while you are buying a property.

Our fees are tax deductible. (conditions apply). So, the after-tax cost could be as little as $5,000.

Monthly payment plans are also available and with just $2000 upfront payment, there is no reason now to not get professional help while buying your next property.
